Finding a reliable and trust-worthy contractor is impossible to find. So when it comes to seeking out a contractor for my projects (multiple floodlights installation + Nest Hello Video Doorbell + Wall LED lamps), my strategy is usually going by word of mouth. Juan Limon and his team were referred to me by a couple of my neighbors so I figured that was good enough for me to at the very least contact him and get a free estimate.
I scheduled an appointment with Juan to discuss my projects and get an estimate. He asked me important questions to further understand my project and, in doing so, was able to provide me with multiple options. I also appreciated his transparency with his costs and pricing. He's reasonable and fair.
With regards to the quality of the work, it actually exceeded my expectations. Each floodlight was professionally done and up to housing code standards. They all were beautifully caulked and, most importantly, done right. I really liked their craftsmanship here - they show great pride in what they do. An attention to detail that I greatly appreciated was how they cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess. No job is too big or small for his team, so don't hesitate to contact him and see what he can do for you! He's very approachable.
Moving forward, I will always contact Juan Limon for any electrical needs I have in the future. I highly recommend him and his team, especially since they are a local, family owned business. Support our community !
