Finding a reliable and trust-worthy contractor is impossible to find. So when it comes to seeking out a contractor for my projects (multiple floodlights installation + Nest Hello Video Doorbell + Wall LED lamps), my strategy is usually going by word of mouth. Juan Limon and his team were referred to me by a couple of my neighbors so I figured that was good enough for me to at the very least contact him and get a free estimate. I scheduled an appointment with Juan to discuss my projects and get an estimate. He asked me important questions to further understand my project and, in doing so, was able to provide me with multiple options. I also appreciated his transparency with his costs and pricing. He's reasonable and fair. With regards to the quality of the work, it actually exceeded my expectations. Each floodlight was professionally done and up to housing code standards. They all were beautifully caulked and, most importantly, done right. I really liked their craftsmanship here - they show great pride in what they do. An attention to detail that I greatly appreciated was how they cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess. No job is too big or small for his team, so don't hesitate to contact him and see what he can do for you! He's very approachable. Limon Electric helped us install a ring camera over the garage. We quickly received a quote and set up a time for them to come over. They were very responsive through text and call. Jose completed the installation; he ran a line so the camera could be hard wired in front of the garage and proceeded to install the camera for us. He was very efficient and completed the job in less than an hour (less than my husband took to install the doorbell!). In addition, Jose answered all my questions and took the time to explain/recommend the positioning of the camera. Kudos for showing up and using a mask while performing the job.

Wow, wow and WOW!!! I'm so thankful to have met Juan. My Wife and I have recently purchased our first home here in the Bay Area and shortly after Installing new major appliances the MAIN Breaker would trip multiple times throughout the day. Juan stopped by the same day to evaluate the problem. After evaluating my Main Breaker he explained my 100 AMP Breaker that was installed WAAAYYYY back in 1965 is not capable of providing an efficient service and can't keep up as it's still installed 56 years later. "Wow". Juan was back at my residence a few days later and Completely upgraded my system from a 100 AMP to a whomping 200 AMP. Service was fast and clean up was completed as well. Upon completion he walked me through things that's been done and explained most recent codes that he followed and showed me how my new system is Solar ready and or electric car charging station capable now. Thank you for the great service and the safety you've given my family!!!!!

This review is long over due if you are looking for a honest electrician Juan is your guy after I lost electricity in half of my house I called my home owners insurance but unfortunately they couldn't have any one out the same day I called Juan early in the morning and he was able to come out that same day and solve the problem he also worked with me and spoke to my insurance company so that I could get reimbursed for his services.

I had a serious electrical problem in the master bedroom with a whole wall of outlets not working. I had received other estimates that were around $5,000. After getting Juan's estimate of $2,000 and telling the other locations I would not be using their services all of a sudden their pricing came way down but still didn't match Juan. They had to move my circuit breaker box and installed a new upgraded box along with running new circuits to the bedroom. The work was done fast and stayed on budget. Additionally Juan went out of his way to make a special trip to inspect the work done by his employee as he was out of town when I needed the work done. He also made time to get my work done when he was busy and I gave short notice. I have more work to be done and I will be calling him to do it without a doubt.

I had Juan figure out some defunct light switches in my house, install a new under counter light fixture, and assemble and replace a ceiling fan. He's fairly priced, does great work and is personable. I have his contact info in my phone as i'm going to have him do some more work for me.

Juan and his team were professional, clean, quick, and did a fantastic job at installing a fan in our master bedroom. This was a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and no light in the room so it required a little bit more then just a typical fan installation. Juan came to look at it and told me what my options were. It was a fair price, more reasonable than other places I looked. He was also super responsive and easy to get ahold of when scheduling the actual installation. Currently, need to get some additional electric work done and Juan is who we will be calling.

AMAZING!!! So many superlatives I could use but I loved our experience with Juan! I called at 4:15 p.m. and Juan was here within 10 minutes! Turns out he was on his way to another job and stopped by since it was close by. Very professional and the job was finished in a quick amount of time.
